What is "FSBO?"

FSBO stands for "For Sale By Owner." In the industry it's pronounced, "FIZZ-bo."

What is "Broker Cooperation?"

Some FSBO's want to sell only to a buyer who is not working with a real estate agent. Other FSBO's "cooperate" with brokers. That is, they are willing to pay a commission to an agent who brings a buyer and represents the buyer throughout the transaction. The typical Broker Cooperation is anywhere between 2% to 3%. This figure is negotiable. Please understand that even though you're paying the agent a commission, the agent is working for the buyer, not you!

Can I sell more than one property from the same account?

At this time you'll need to create one account for each property you're selling. If we find that we frequently have sellers selling more than one property at the same time (such as builders), we'll certainly make changes to accommodate you. For now, you'll be able to use the same email address to create an account for each property you wish to sell, but you'll need to use a different password for each account.
